We want you to feel completely confident with your IRAYA outfit. If you need a different size, length, or color, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.
Our WhatsApp team will guide you on sizing and arrange your replacement parcel promptly.
What You Can Request
We provide three simple options to ensure you receive the ideal modest silhouette.
Size Exchange
The fit isn't quite right? We swap it for your preferred length or size (50, 52, 54, 56, or 58) with complimentary dispatch of your replacement.
Exchange for Another Piece
Prefer a different design or colorway? Swap for any different article in our collection of equal or higher value (pay the difference if any).
Return & Reimbursement
Choose between instant Store Credit (a voucher code with lifetime validity) or a Direct Bank Refund to your Pakistani account within 2–4 working days.
Conditions for Return or Exchange
To keep things quick, transparent, and fair for all our patrons, garments must meet the following criteria.
Eligible for Return or Exchange
- •Requested within 7 days from the official delivery date marked by the courier.
- •Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered — free from perfume, body mist, makeup marks, or deodorant residue.
- •In pristine original condition with all fabric tags, brand labels, and security ribbons intact.
- •In its original signature packaging, including dust sleeve and protective packaging box.
Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- •Items that have been worn, washed, dry-cleaned, tailored, or hemmed after delivery.
- •Items returned without their original brand tags, labels, or security tags attached.
- •Garments with cosmetic stains, snagged embroidery, or strong scent/fragrance.
- •Final Sale / Archive Markdown items: Discounted items are eligible for size exchange only (subject to stock availability), and not for monetary refund.
How to Request an Exchange or Return
We make the process effortless. Follow these 5 steps:
Message Us Within 7 Days
Reach out on WhatsApp at 0321 7178969 or Instagram DM at @iraya.pk. Include your full name, Order Number (e.g. IR-001001), and a photo of the piece with its tags.
Confirmation & Return Details
Our team confirms your request within a few hours and provides our Islamabad Studio consignment return address and step-by-step instructions.
Send the Item Back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging box and dispatch it through your preferred courier service (TCS, Leopard, PostEx, Trax, or M&P). Share the courier tracking slip with our WhatsApp team.
Quality Inspection
Once the piece reaches our Islamabad studio, our quality assurance team conducts a standard inspection within 24–48 hours to confirm tags, hygiene, and condition.
Resolution Within 2 to 4 Working Days
Your new size/article is dispatched with tracking, or your store credit voucher / bank refund is processed within 2 to 4 working days.
Shipping Charges
100% Covered by Iraya
If you received a defective piece or the wrong item was dispatched, Iraya covers all shipping and courier costs both ways.
Split Courier Responsibility
The customer covers the return courier shipment to our Islamabad studio. In turn, Iraya dispatches your replacement article nationwide with complimentary shipping.
Please report within 48 hours of parcel delivery
While every Iraya garment is inspected multiple times before leaving our studio, transit anomalies can occasionally happen. If your parcel arrived damaged or an incorrect item was received, please inform us within 48 hours with clear unboxing photos/video, and we will fast-track an immediate priority replacement.
