Iraya is a modest abaya brand based in Pakistan. In these terms, “Iraya”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean the Iraya brand, and “you” means anyone who visits or buys from our website.

Garment Depiction & Fabric Specifications

We do our best to show our Turkish abayas, Medina silks, and coordinating sets as accurately as possible. However, colours and fabric textures may appear slightly different depending on screen calibration, monitor brightness, and natural ambient lighting. Subtle nuances can also occur between artisanal fabric dye batches.

Please check our size guide carefully before placing your order. All items are offered while stock lasts, and we reserve the right to limit order quantities on limited-edition Turkish drops.

Currency & Pricing Accuracy

All prices across the store are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to update prices, run seasonal promotional campaigns, or discontinue individual articles at any time without prior notice.

The price displayed and confirmed at the time you place your order is the final rate you pay. If an unintended technical pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you immediately.

Verification & Advance Payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which is confirmed once our concierge messages or contacts you to verify it. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in cases of inventory stockouts, incomplete delivery details, or suspected irregular misuse.

Worldwide Delivery & Timelines

We deliver worldwide. The estimated delivery window is 5 to 7 days following order and payment confirmation. Occasional delays may arise due to courier logistics, weather conditions, gazetted public holidays, or high-volume festive periods.

Delivery is free on all orders paid in advance.

Please ensure your destination address and mobile phone number are complete and reachable. Iraya is not liable for parcel delivery delays or non-delivery caused by inaccurate or insufficient address details provided during checkout.

7-Day Easy Exchange Guarantee

Our 7-day easy exchange and return policy applies to all eligible orders. You have 7 days from the delivery date recorded by the courier to request a size swap, exchange for another article, or receive store credit / bank refund.

Proprietary Content & Brand Rights

Everything presented on this website—including the Iraya trade name, logo marks, original garment silhouettes, tailoring patterns, photographs, videography, product descriptions, and editorial text—belongs to Iraya or is licensed with permission.

Service Disclaimers & Thresholds

We make every effort to ensure website uptime and accurate catalog data, but the platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted under Pakistani law, Iraya is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of the site or courier transit delays beyond our reasonable control. In all cases, our maximum aggregate liability for any order will not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific order.
